Abi was great to work with. Once we got to know each other, it felt very easy and open minded to speak with her and dive into the tools. What I especially like about Abi is that she talks about the difficult truth in a graceful way. It doesn't feel heavy when she says it, it feels normal and that makes it easier to face it - at least for me. The tools she gave me were helpful and came from a place of (self) experience which I did find very valuable because it created inclusion in the conversations. Thank you for everything, Abi. I don't know where I'd be without you!

I feel very thankful to have met Abi and would highly recommend her to anyone considering therapy. I was a little unsure about how an online session would be but as soon as I met Abi knew was in safe hands, she was warm, understanding, incredibly knowledge and very supportive, making a huge positive impact right from the first session. Abi was brilliant – having reflected on where I was when we first met – and where I am now – she has played a huge part in helping me understand what was going on - and how to reframe that and move forward. She is a brilliant active listener – and throughout the time together became more challenging with her questions – to help me really take ownership of the steps I needed to take to help with anxiety, low mood and self esteem. There were things that I was emotionally unable to do in work and home life which Abi really helped me to think differently about – and I have got my Mojo back in a way that I thought might not happen. In setting my initial goals – and continuing to revisit these – we worked through a number of long standing issues which I had been avoiding. She’s been fantastic – I have achieved a lot with her help. My mood is consistently better I am performing much better and enjoying being at work, relationships with close family are better I am engaged in social situations I was previously avoiding. Importantly- Abi has left me with the right understanding of my negative behaviors, and how I should recongnise these if I start to revert to them - and I have a clear plan for continuing to build on these goals – and others. Thank you Abi – I was in a very dark place – you helped me found a way through.

When I started CBT with Abi I was going through a very difficult time with my mental health. I was signed up for CBT via my employer but I was sceptical, I did not believe I was “fixable“. Abi had endless patience and kindness, always a smile and a kind word, and with her guidance and knowledge I saw a way forward and was able to understand my thoughts and feelings in a positive way. It took a while, and I had some challenging moments, but I now have a much healthier and accurate view of myself, my abilities to challenge negative thoughts, and most importantly how to be kind to myself. "When I first started, I was unsure how the sessions would go. However I was welcomed by Abi in a very pleasant and approachable way. She introduced herself and always explained things we would work on with a professional but very friendly manner. She is very understanding and you can feel the passion she is providing in helping people through low times in their life’s.
She made the sessions very relaxed and an enjoyable experience even though it wasn’t the lightest of convocations at times. I have learn a lot about myself and learned how I can be a better person to myself with all the information and guidance she has provided me with.
